WOD

Posting on this site have been few and far between, but today's CrossFit workout was posting worthy.

21 Deadlifts (225 lbs)
21 Hand Stand Pushups
25 Overhead Power Snatches (75lbs)

15 Deadlifts (225 lbs)
15 Hand Stand Pushups
25 Overhead Power Snatches (75lbs)

9 Deadlifts (225 lbs)
9 Hand Stand Pushups
25 Overhead Power Snatches (75lbs)

  1. Wow that's great. Do you get to choose when (and how long) the rest times are? Is everyone basically on their own, and you try to beat your previous record? Either way, that looks exhausting!

  2. The goal is to do it in as little time as possible and then you can compare your time to other's. So yes, you get to choose when and how long you want to rest, but you need to be strategic about it if you want to have a good time. The guys that are in amazing shape can do the workout "unbroken" meaning no rest. The rest of us mortals need to be a little more strategic. I take a "slow and stready wins the race" approach. For this workout I broke everything up into sets of three then a short rest.
